A steering wheel leather wrapping method, comprising the following steps: pre-coating the back side of a leather (1) with a first powder glue (2) and a second powder glue (3), the melting point of the first powder glue (2) being lower than the melting point of the second powder glue (3); heating the leather (1) to a first set temperature to melt the first powder glue (2), and then bonding the leather (1) to a steering wheel; and heating the steering wheel to a second set temperature, the second set temperature being higher than the first set temperature, and melting the second powder glue (3) to further bond the leather (1) to the steering wheel. In the present method, due to the introduction of powder glues, manual glue brushing is no longer needed, such that the leather covering efficiency is improved, and the manufacturing cost is greatly reduced.
