The invention relates to a method for classifying at least one input image representing a target particle (11a-11f) in a sample (12), the method being characterized in that it involves implementing, by data processing means (20) of a client (2), steps of: (B) extracting a characteristic map of the target particle (11a-11f) from the input image; (c) reducing the number of variables in the extracted characteristic map, using the t-SNE algorithm; (d) classifying, unsupervised, the input image based on the characteristic map having a reduced number of variables. La présente invention concerne un procédé de classification d'au moins une image d'entrée représentant une particule cible (11a-11f) dans un échantillon (12), le procédé étant caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend la mise en œuvre, par des moyens de traitement de données (20) d'un client (2), d'étapes de : (b) Extraction d'une carte de caractéristiques de ladite particule cible (11a-11f) à partir de l'image d'entrée; (c) réduction du nombre de variables de la carte de caractéristiques extraite, au moyen de l'algorithme t-SNE; (d) Classification non-supervisée de ladite image d'entrée en fonction de ladite carte de caractéristiques présentant un nombre de variables réduit.
