Summary:The present invention patent relates to a method for obtaining a bactericidal, fungicidal and antiviral filter element manufactured from a polylactic acid (PLA) composite in an organic solution containing silver nanoparticles (AgNP), used in particular in equipment, PPE and/or devices for filtering water and air for protection against agents such as fungi, viruses and bacteria. The filter element is composed of a membrane of electrospun fibres of a PLA composite containing silver nanoparticles (AgNP) in an organic polyalcohol solution, preferably of a monoethylene glycol, soluble in chloroform. Advantageously, its three-dimensional nanostructure increases surface contact area and forms a mechanical and biological barrier effective against pathogens that are harmful to health. Le présent brevet d'invention concerne un procédé d'obtention d'un élément filtrant bactéricide, fongicide et antiviral fabriqué à partir d'un composite de poly(acide lactique) (PLA) dans une solution organique de nanoparticules d'argent (AgNP), notamment utilisé dans des équipements, des EPI et/ou des dispositifs pour le filtrage de l'eau et de l'air, en vue de protéger contre des agents tels que des champignons, des virus et des bactéries. L'élément filtrant est formé par une membrane de fibres électrofilées d'un composite de PLA avec nanoparticules d'argent (AgNP) dans une solution organique de polyalcool, de préférence un monoéthylèneglycol soluble dans le chloroforme. Avantageusement, sa structure nanométrique et tridimensionnelle augmenter la surface de contact et forme une barrière mécanique et biologique efficace contre les pathogènes nocifs pour la santé. A presente patente de invenção trata de um método de obtenção de um elemento filtrante bactericida, fungicida e antiviral fabricado a partir de um compósito de Poli (ácido láctico) (PLA) em uma solução orgânica de nano partículas de prata (AgNP), particularmente utilizado em equipamentos, EPI's e/ou dispositivos para filtragem de água e ar, para proteção contra agentes tais como fungos, vírus e bactérias. O elemento filtrante é configurado por uma membrana de fibras eletrofiadas de um compósito de PLA com nanopartículas de prata (AgNP) em uma solução orgânica de poliálcool, preferencialmente um monoetilenoglicol, solúvel em clorofórmio. Vantajosamente, sua estrutura nanométrica e tridimensional aumenta a área de superfície de contato e configura uma barreira mecânica e biológica eficiente contra os patógenos nocivos à saúde.
