La présente invention concerne une technologie écoénergétique par commande de commutation et conversion de courant d'une borne d'électrode, appliquée à un dispositif d'épuration d'eau à déionisation capacitive (CDI). Plus précisément, la présente invention comprend : un boîtier (110) doté d'une entrée (113) formée sur un de ses côtés et d'une sortie (115) formée sur son autre côté ; une pluralité de plaques d'électrodes empilées (120) logées dans le boîtier ; et une borne d'électrode (130) connectée électriquement aux plaques d'électrodes de manière sélective et à laquelle un courant continu est appliqué. 본 발명은 CDI정수장치에 인가되는 전극단자의 전류변환 및 스위칭제어에 의한 에너지 절감기술에 대한 것이며, 구체적으로 일측에 투입구(113)가 형성되며, 타측에 배출구(115)가 형성된 케이스(110); 상기 케이스 내부에 수용되며, 복수로 적층되는 전극판(120); 상기 전극판과 선택적으로 통전되며, 직류전류가 통전되는 전극단자(130);를 포함하는 구성으로 이루어진다.
