A face shield to be attached to the head of a wearer, the face shield comprising: a shield body disposed so as to face at least a part of the face of the wearer; a shield support portion holding the shield body in place on the head; an upper inflow restricting portion provided in an upper part of the shield body and protruding in an out-of-plane direction of the shield body; and a lower inflow restricting portion provided in a lower part of the shield body that is opposite to the upper part, and protruding in the out-of-plane direction of the shield body.
