Facility for automatically loading bags (S) in a box (B), comprising two lines (LA), (LP) which merge in a loading station (100) which is provided with a manipulator (40) which takes the bags (S) in a removal zone (Zp), receives the bags (S) and sets down the bags in a box (B). The loading station (100) comprises a removal zone (Zp) which is provided with a tilting plate (20) for moving between a receiving position and a transfer position for the bag (S) for it to be taken by the manipulator (40). The manipulator (40) with two axes (X, Y) has an arm (41) which is provided with a suction head (43) which is movable in a manoeuvring plane (ZH) which covers the removal zone (Zp) and the loading surface (SC) on which a box (B) is waiting to be loaded. Installation de chargement automatique de sachets (S) dans une boîte (B) comprenant les deux lignes (LA), (LP), se rejoignant dans un poste de chargement (100) équipé d'un manipulateur (40) prenant les sachets (S) dans une zone de prise (Zp) recevant les sachets (S) et les déposant dans une boîte (B). Le poste de chargement 100 comprend une zone de prise (Zp) équipée d'un plateau-bascule (20) pour se déplacer entre une position de réception et une position de transfert du sachet (S) pour sa prise par le manipulateur (40). Le manipulateur (40) à deux axes (X, Y), a un bras (41) muni d'une tête à ventouse (43), mobile dans un plan de manœuvre (ZH) couvrant la zone de prise (Zp) et la surface de chargement (SC) dans laquelle se trouve une boîte (B) en attente de chargement.
