A foldable electronic device according to various embodiments of the present invention comprises: a flexible display; a first housing supporting one side of the flexible display; a second housing supporting the other side of the flexible display; at least one hinge structure connecting the first housing to the second housing; a latch structure which is arranged at one side of the first housing and is linked to the hinge structure to have an arrangement state thereof changing according to the unfolded or folded state of the first housing and the second housing; and a locking structure which is formed at one side of the second housing and is coupled to the latch structure when the first housing and the second housing are in a folded state.
