[Problem] To provide an object position detection device that can specify the position of an object positioned outside a line of sight and that has excellent versatility, an object position detection system, and an object position detection method. [Solution] This object position detection device comprises a detection unit, a determination unit, and a calculation unit. The detection unit detects, on the basis of radio waves emitted from a transmission unit, reflected by a detection object, and incident on a reception unit, a detection angle which is the angle of the detection object with respect to the reception unit. The determination unit determines whether the radio waves incident on the reception unit were reflected by a road surface. The calculation unit calculates relative relationship information indicating a positional relationship of the detection object to the reception unit on the basis of the detection angle and the angle of the reception unit with respect to the road surface when it is determined in the determination unit that the radio waves were reflected by the road surface.
