The present invention improves the image quality of a solid-state imaging element in which voltage is amplified for each column.　Provided is a solid-state imaging element in which an input transistor outputs from a drain thereof an output voltage corresponding to a voltage across a source and a gate thereof to which an input voltage is input. A reference-side current source transistor supplies a predetermined current from the drain of the input transistor to a predetermined reference node. A feedback circuit feeds part of the current back to the gate of the input transistor. A clamp circuit limits the output voltage to a value higher than a predetermined lower-limit voltage. La présente invention améliore la qualité d'image d'un élément d'imagerie à semi-conducteurs dans lequel une tension est amplifiée pour chaque colonne.　L'invention concerne un élément d'imagerie à semi-conducteurs dans lequel un transistor d'entrée délivre à partir d'un drain de celui-ci une tension de sortie correspondant à une tension à travers une source et une grille de celui-ci à laquelle une tension d'entrée est entrée. Un transistor de source de courant côté référence fournit un courant prédéterminé du drain du transistor d'entrée à un nœud de référence prédéterminé. Un circuit de rétroaction alimente une partie du courant en retour vers la grille du transistor d'entrée.
