Summary:Disclosed herein is a CLEC2 fusion protein comprising a first polypeptide and a second polypeptide coupled to the upstream of the first polypeptide. According to embodiments of the present disclosure, the first and the second polypeptides respectively comprise the amino acid sequences of SEQ ID NOs: 1 and 2. Also disclosed therein are uses of the CLEC2 fusion protein in treating severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) infection and treating influenza virus infection. Est divulguée ici une protéine de fusion CLEC2 comprenant un premier polypeptide et un second polypeptide couplé à l'amont du premier polypeptide. Selon des modes de réalisation de la présente divulgation, les premier et second polypeptides comprennent respectivement les séquences d'acides aminés des SEQ ID NO : 1 et 2. Sont également divulguées ici des utilisations de la protéine de fusion CLEC2 dans le traitement d'une infection grave du coronavirus 2 du syndrome respiratoire aigu sévère (SRAS-CoV-2) et dans le traitement d'une infection par le virus de la grippe.
