This secondary battery comprises: a battery element; a first accommodation member having a container-form structure that has a first bottom section, a first side wall section, and a first opening section, the first accommodation member accommodating the battery element; a second accommodation member having a container-form structure that has a second bottom section, a second side wall section, and a second opening section, the second bottom section facing the first opening section, and the second side wall section being joined to the first side wall section from the outer side; and an adhesive member that is sandwiched at least between the first side wall section and the second side wall section, the adhesive member bonding the first accommodation member and the second accommodation member.
