Summary:The present invention relates to a flame retardant composition having a quasi-noncombustible function, a method for manufacturing an environment-friendly flame-resistant board using same, and a resin composition used for the flame-resistant board, and more specifically, to a method for manufacturing an environment-friendly flame-resistant board having a quasi-noncombustible function, and a flame retardant composition and a resin composition used when manufacturing the flame-resistant board, the flame-resistant board, which is a medium-density fiberboard (MDF), being manufactured by producing wood fibers using solid wood, adding a prepared resin and flame retardant to the wood fibers, and then processing same. By using the flame retardant by mixing water, ammonium polyphosphate (APP), boric acid and borax, flame resistance performance is improved, and, by adding the resin and the flame retardant before forming the board, a flame resistance effect may last semi-permanently. La présente invention concerne une composition retardatrice de flamme ayant une fonction de quasi-incombustibilité, un procédé de fabrication d'un panneau ininflammable et respectueux de l'environnement l'utilisant et une composition de résine utilisée pour le panneau ininflammable, et plus précisément un procédé de fabrication d'un panneau ininflammable et respectueux de l'environnement ayant une fonction de quasi-incombustibilité et une composition retardatrice de flamme et une composition de résine utilisées lors de la fabrication du panneau ininflammable, le panneau ininflammable, qui est un panneau de fibres à densité moyenne (MDF), étant fabriqué par production de fibres de bois faisant appel à du bois solide, addition d'une résine préparée et d'un retardateur de flamme aux fibres de bois, puis leur traitement. À l'aide du retardateur de flamme, et par mélange d'eau, de polyphosphate d'ammonium (APP), d'acide borique et de borax, la performance d'ininflammabilité est améliorée et, sous l'effet de l'addition de la résine et du retardateur de flamme avant la formation du panneau, l'effet d'ininflammabilité peut durer d'une manière semi-permanente. 본 발명은 준불연 기능을 구비한 난연제 조성물, 이를 이용한 친환경 방염보드의 제조방법 및 이 방염보드에 사용되는 수지 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 원목을 이용하여 목섬유를 제조하고, 상기 목섬유에 제조된 수지 및 난연제를 첨가한 후 이를 가공하여 중밀도 섬유판(MDF)인 방염보드를 제조하는 것으로, 상기 난연제를 물, 암모늄 폴리포스페이트(APP), 붕산 및 붕사를 혼합하여 사용함에 따라 방염성능을 향상시키고, 보드 성형 전에 수지 및 난연제를 첨가함에 따라 방염효과가 반영구적으로 지속될 수 있는 준불연 기능을 구비한 친환경 방염보드의 제조방법과, 상기 방염보드를 제조할 때 사용되는 난연제 조성물 및 수지 조성물에 관한 것이다.
