The infectious disease risk prediction system comprises a data collection module, a data processing module and a data output module; the data collection module is used for acquiring a list of infected users and periodically acquiring positioning coordinate information of users who are using the system; and the data processing module is used for a backend server to periodically calculate and save positioning coordinates-based movement trajectory coordinates of the infected users, and marking valid infected coordinates.
