Disclosed is an image processing device comprising: a memory for storing one or more instructions; and a processor for executing the one or more instructions stored in the memory, wherein the processor acquires similarity information on the basis of the difference between pixels included in a first image and peripheral pixels of each of the pixels, determines weight information on the basis of the similarity information, acquires first feature information through a convolution operation between the first image and a first kernel, acquires second feature information by applying the weight information to the first feature information, and generates a second image on the basis of the second feature information.
