Summary:The present invention relates to a method for inspecting the welding quality of a welded portion between an electrode tab and an electrode lead of a pouch-type lithium secondary battery, the method comprising: a vision inspection step of recognizing weld marks of a welded portion by using a vision inspection device; a measurement step of measuring the size of the recognized weld marks; and a determination step of comparing the measured size with a reference value to determine the welded portion as one of "weakly welded", "excessively welded", and "normally welded". La présente invention se rapporte à un procédé d'inspection de la qualité de soudure d'une partie soudée entre une languette d'électrode et un câble d'électrode d'une batterie secondaire au lithium de type poche, le procédé comprenant : une étape d'inspection visuelle consistant à reconnaître des marques de soudage d'une partie soudée à l'aide d'un dispositif d'inspection visuelle ; une étape de mesure consistant à mesurer la taille des marques de soudage reconnues ; et une étape de détermination consistant à comparer la taille mesurée à une valeur de référence afin de déterminer la partie soudée comme "faiblement soudée", "excessivement soudée", et "normalement soudée". 본 발명은 파우치형 리튬 이차전지의 전극 탭 - 전극 리드 용접부의 용접 품질을 검사하는 방법으로, 비젼 검사 장치로 용접부의 용접흔들을 인식하는 비젼 검사 단계; 상기 인식된 용접흔의 크기를 측정하는 측정 단계; 및 상기 측정된 크기와 기준값을 비교하여 약용접, 과용접 및 정상 용접 중의 하나로 판단하는 판단 단계를 포함한다.
