An easy-to-tear adhesive tape, comprising an adhesive tape base material (1) and an adhesive layer (2). The adhesive layer (2) is located on one side of the adhesive tape base material (1); at least one side of the adhesive tape base material (1) is provided with an easy-to-tear structure (11); and the easy-to-tear structure (11) is composed of a plurality of V-shaped notches (12). Since existing adhesive tapes are not easy to tear, the adhesive tape can be disconnected only under the cooperation of a sharp apparatus after the adhesive tape is used, and consequently, the adhesive tape cannot be used separately, and the use of the adhesive tape is limited. By using the easy-to-tear structure (11) composed of the plurality of V-shaped notches (12), the adhesive tape is easy to tear, while normal use of the adhesive tape is not affected, thereby avoiding the use of a sharp apparatus such as scissors, and solving the technical problems that the adhesive tape cannot be separately used and is limited in use, due to
