Summary:The embodiments of the present application provide a beam tracking method, a device, and a storage medium. Said method comprises: a terminal device acquiring beam adjustment information, and sending the beam adjustment information by means of a first channel. A network device receives the beam adjustment information by means of the first channel, and determines a first transmission beam according to the beam adjustment information. When frequent beam adjustment and tracking are performed, signalling interaction is reduced, thereby improving the connection performance between a terminal device and a network device.
