An exhaust filter assembly according to an embodiment of the present disclosure comprises: a cylindrical exhaust filter; an outer housing that surrounds the outer peripheral surface of the exhaust filter and has a plurality of air outlets through which air discharged from the exhaust filter passes; and a noise reduction device including a sensor that senses ambient noise and an actuator that outputs noise the phase of which is opposite to that of the sensed noise, wherein the sensor is disposed on the inner peripheral surface of the outer housing and senses noise from the direction of the outer peripheral surface of the exhaust filter.
