Summary:A medicine administering tool (24a) constituting a transocular iontophoresis device (10a) comprises a cylindrical member (40a), an inner member (42a), and a support member (66) that supports the inner member in such a manner that the inner member can move relative to the cylindrical member. The cylindrical member and the inner member have a first lower end (47) and a second lower end (59) that face an ocular globe (14), respectively. The inner member is housed in the hollow inside of the cylindrical member. A medicine accommodation chamber (52) for accommodating a medicine (MD) is formed between the inner member and the cylindrical member thereby. Un outil d'administration (24a) de médicament constituant un dispositif d'iontophorèse transoculaire (10a) qui comprend un élément cylindrique (40a), un élément interne (42a) et un élément de support (66) qui supporte l'élément interne de telle sorte que l'élément interne peut se déplacer par rapport à l'élément cylindrique.
