A camera actuator, according to one embodiment, comprises: a housing; a prism unit disposed in the housing; and a drive unit disposed in the housing so as to tilt the prism unit. The drive unit comprises: a first piezoelectric device disposed in a region overlapping in a first direction with respect to the center of the prism unit; and a second piezoelectric device disposed in a region overlapping in a second direction, different from the first direction, with respect to the center of the prism unit. The prism unit is provided so as to be tiltable in the second direction by means of the first piezoelectric device, and is provided so as to be tiltable in the first direction by means of the second piezoelectric device. Selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention, un actionneur de caméra comprend un boîtier, une unité de prisme disposée à l'intérieur du boîtier, et une première unité d'entraînement disposée dans le boîtier de façon à incliner l'unité de prisme.
