Summary:A spatial light modulator (10) and a selective wavelength switch (100). The spatial light modulator (10) comprises a back plate (110) with a driving circuit (111) provided therein, a phase adjustment unit (20), electrodes (30), and an electric connection portion (40). The phase adjustment unit (20) comprises a lower cavity lens (21), a cavity layer (22) and an upper cavity lens (23), the lower cavity lens (21) being located between the cavity layer (22) and the back plate (110). The electrodes (30) include a first electrode (31) and a second electrode (32), and the electrodes (30) are located inside or on the surface of the phase adjustment unit (20), and are located on one side of the lower cavity lens (21) away from the back plate (110). The electric connection portion (40) electrically connects the electrodes (30) and the driving circuit (111) to form a driving electric field between the first electrode (31) and the second electrode (32) in order to adjust the refractive index of the phase adjustment unit
