A colloidal gold test strip for joint detection of spike glycoprotein (S protein) and nucleoprotein (N protein) of SARS-CoV-2. A sample pad (1), a gold conjugate pad (2), a reaction film (3), and an absorbent pad (4) are formed in sequence from a sample application end; the gold conjugate pad (2) contains a first anti-SARS-CoV-2 S protein monoclonal antibody and/or a first anti-SARS-CoV-2 N protein monoclonal antibody; and the reaction film contains second and third anti-SARS-CoV-2 S protein monoclonal antibodies mixed and applied in equal mass and/or second and third anti-SARS-CoV-2 N protein monoclonal antibodies mixed and applied in equal mass. In addition to routine tests in the hospital, the prepared colloidal gold test strip for joint detection of S protein and N protein also allows for tests by users themselves at home, and tests using the test strip are convenient, fast, economical, and efficient, compared with virus nucleic acid tests.
