Summary: | The present invention relates to an adjuvant ensemble in which two or more immunostimulatory substances for inducing the activation of various immune cells are combined, and to a novel concept of a kinetically acting adjuvant ensemble and use thereof, in which, when combining immunostimulatory substances having different signaling pathways in an immunostimulatory mechanism, the treatment order and the time interval are adjusted to maximize the finally exhibited synergistic immunostimulatory response. The kinetic action is characterized in that the second immunostimulatory substance responds to intrinsic factors (enzymes, redox potential, GSH, and pH) and extrinsic factors (redox, pH, temperature, photo/light, magnetism, ultrasound, and electrical response) in immune cells, and thus chemical binding at a binding site is cleaved, and the active site is exposed so that function is kinetically recovered, or two or more immunostimulatory substances are sequentially released from a carrier at regular time intervals, thus inducing immune activity. In such a novel immunostimulatory adjuvant ensemble, a first immunostimulatory substance and a second immunostimulatory substance can be selected in a personalized manner according to applications, and the adjuvant ensemble can be used for anticancer effects and the development of drugs for the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases.
La présente invention concerne un ensemble adjuvant dans lequel deux substances immunostimulatrices ou plus pour induire l'activation de diverses cellules immunitaires sont combinées, et un nouveau concept d'un ensemble adjuvant à action cinétique et son utilisation, dans lequel, lors de la combinaison de substances immunostimulatrices ayant différentes voies de signalisation dans un mécanisme immunostimulateur, l'ordre de traitement et l'intervalle de temps sont ajustés pour augmenter au maximum la réponse immunostimulatrice synergique finalement présentée. L'action cinétique est caractérisée en ce que la seconde substance immunostimulatrice répond à des facteurs intrinsèques (enzymes, potentiel redox, GSH et pH) et des facteurs extrinsèques (redox, pH, température, photo/lumière, magnétisme, ultrasons, et réponse électrique) dans des cellules immunitaires, et, qu'ainsi, la liaison chimique au niveau d'un site de liaison est clivée, et le site actif est exposé de telle sorte que la fonction est récupérée cinétiquement, ou au moins deux substances immunostimulatrices sont séquentiellement libérées d'un support à des intervalles de temps réguliers, induisant ainsi une activité immunitaire. Dans un tel nouvel ensemble adjuvant immunostimulateur, une première substance immunostimulatrice et une seconde substance immunostimulatrice peuvent être sélectionnées de manière personnalisée en fonction des applications, et l'ensemble adjuvant peut être utilisé pour des effets anticancéreux et le développement de médicaments pour la prévention et le traitement de maladies infectieuses.
본 발명은 다양한 면역세포 활성화를 유도하는 2개 이상의 면역활성화 물질이 조합된 아주번트 앙상블에 관한 것으로, 면역활성화 메커니즘에서 서로 다른 신호전달 체계를 갖고 있는 면역활성화 물질을 조합 할 때, 그 처리 순서 및 시간 간격을 조절함으로써, 최종적으로 나타나는 시너지 면역활성화 반응을 극대화할 수 있는 새로운 개념의 동력학적으로 작용하는 아주번트 앙상블 및 그 용도에 관한 것이다. 동력학적 작용은 제 2의 면역활성화 물질이 면역세포 내의 내인성 요인(효소, Redox potential, GSH 및 pH) 및 외인성 요인(redox, pH, temperature, photo/light, magnetic, ultrasound, and electrical responsive)에 반응하여, 결합 부위의 화학적 결합이 절단(cleavage)되고, 활성화 부위가 노출되어 동력학적으로 기능이 회복되거나, 2가지 이상의 면역활성화 물질을 전달체에서 일정시간 간격을 두고 순차적으로 방출되어 면역활성을 유도하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이러한 신규 면역활성 아주번트 앙상블은 용도에 맞게 제1 면역활성화 물질과 제2 면역활성화 물질을 맞춤형으로 선택할 수 있으며, 항암효과 및 감염성 질환의 예방 및 치료 약물 개발로 활용될 수 있다. |
