Summary:The present invention relates to a method for producing highly functional artificial organs, including blood vessels capable of carrying perfusate, by using aptamers. The aptamers according to the present invention enhance blood vessel adhesion, viability, angiogenesis, etc. when used as a coating agent of a decellularized scaffold, and thus can more efficiently restore vasculature than existing antibodies. Therefore, a vascularized artificial liver produced using the aptamers exhibits the effects of reducing thrombogenesis in vivo as well as enhancing liver function, and thus is expected to be applied as a method for treating diseases by using artificial organs produced using the aptamers according to the present invention. La présente invention se rapporte à un procédé de production d'organes artificiels hautement fonctionnels, y compris des vaisseaux sanguins aptes à transporter un perfusat, au moyen d'aptamères. Les aptamères selon la présente invention améliorent l'adhérence, la viabilité, l'angiogenèse, etc. des vaisseaux sanguins lorsqu'ils sont utilisés en tant qu'agent de revêtement d'un échafaudage décellularisé, et peuvent ainsi restaurer plus efficacement le système vasculaire que les anticorps existants. Par conséquent, un foie artificiel vascularisé produit à l'aide des aptamères présente les effets de réduction de la thrombogenèse in vivo ainsi que d'amélioration de la fonction hépatique, et est ainsi censé être appliqué en tant que méthode de traitement de maladies à l'aide d'organes artificiels produits au moyen des aptamères selon la présente invention. 본 발명은 앱타머를 이용한 관류 가능한 혈관을 포함하는 고기능성 인공 장기 제작 방법 등에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 앱타머를 탈세포 지지체의 코팅제로 이용 시, 혈관의 부착능, 생존능 및 혈관형성능 등을 증진시켜 기존의 항체보다 효율적 맥관 구조 재건이 가능하다. 따라서, 앱타머를 이용하여 제작된 혈관화된 인공 간은 생체 내에서 혈전 형성이 감소될 뿐만 아니라, 간 기능성을 증진시키는 효과를 나타내는 바, 본 발명의 앱타머를 사용해 제작한 인공 장기를 이용한 질환 치료 방법으로서의 응용이 기대된다.
