The present invention relates to a method for preparing an alkoxysilane compound, the method capable of more effectively removing ammonia generated as a byproduct when the alkoxysilane compound is prepared with a silazane-based compound by: adding and reacting a silazane-based compound with an alcohol to prepare a first mixture containing an alkoxysilane compound and ammonia; adding and reacting the first mixture with an acid having a pKa of 2-6.5 to prepare a second mixture containing the alkoxysilane compound and an ammonium salt; and then adding an aqueous solvent to the second mixture to dissolve the ammonium salt therein, thereby separating and removing the ammonium salt. La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un composé alcoxysilane, le procédé pouvant éliminer de manière plus efficace l'ammoniac généré en tant que sous-produit, le composé alcoxysilane est préparé avec un composé à base de silazane par : ajout et réaction d'un composé à base de silazane avec un alcool pour préparer un premier mélange contenant un composé alcoxysilane et de l'ammoniac ; ajout et réaction du premier mélange avec un acide ayant un pKa de 2 à 6,5 pour préparer un second mélange contenant le composé alcoxysilane et un sel d'ammonium ; puis ajout d'un solvant aqueux au second mélange pour dissoudre le sel d'ammonium à l'intérieur de celui-ci, ce qui permet de séparer et d'éliminer le sel d'ammonium. 본 발명은, 실라잔계 화합물에 알코올을 첨가하고 반응시켜 알콕시실란 화합물 및 암모니아를 포함하는 제 1 혼합물을 제조하고, 상기 제 1 혼합물에 pKa 2 내지 6.5의 산을 첨가하고 반응시켜 알콕시실란 화합물과 암모늄염을 포함하는 제 2 혼합물을 제조한 다음, 상기 제 2 혼합물에 수계 용매를 첨가하여 상기 암모늄염을 용해시켜 이를 분리 제거함으로써, 실라잔계 화합물을 이용하여 알콕시실란 화합물을 제조하는 경우에 부산물로서 발생되는 암모니아를 더욱 효과적으로 제거할 수 있는 알콕시실란 화합물의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
