Summary: | The present invention relates to a thermoplastic resin composition and an exterior material formed therefrom and, more specifically, to a thermoplastic resin composition comprising: 100 parts by weight of styrene-based resin; 0.5 to 5 parts by weight of first polyamide resin having a melting temperature (Tm) of 230℃ or lower; and 0.5 to 10 parts by weight of second polyamide resin having a melting temperature (Tm) of 250℃ or higher, wherein the first and second polyamide resin both have a relative viscosity of 2.5 or lower. According to the present invention, provided are a low-gloss thermoplastic resin composition and an exterior material formed therefrom which exhibit equal or higher mechanical properties, processability and the like compared to an existing ASA resin, exhibit uniform and low glossiness and have enhanced surface texture, thereby exhibiting excellent perceived qualities such as smoothness, refinement and naturalness.
La présente invention concerne une composition de résine thermoplastique et un matériau extérieur fabriqué à partir de celle-ci et, plus précisément, une composition de résine thermoplastique comprenant : 100 parties en poids de résine à base de styrène ; 0,5 à 5 parties en poids d'une première résine polyamide présentant une température de fusion (Tm) égale ou inférieure à 230 °C ; et 0,5 à 10 parties en poids d'une seconde résine polyamide présentant une température de fusion (Tm) égale ou supérieure à 250 °C, les première et seconde résine polyamide présentant toutes deux une viscosité relative égale ou inférieure à 2,5. La présente invention concerne donc une composition de résine thermoplastique à faible brillance et un matériau extérieur formé à partir de celle-ci qui présentent des propriétés mécaniques, une aptitude au traitement et analogues égales ou supérieures à celles d'une résine ASA existante, qui présentent une brillance uniforme et faible, ainsi qu'une texture de surface améliorée, présentant ainsi d'excellentes qualités perçues en termes d'uniformité, d'élégance et de naturel.
본 발명은 열가소성 수지 조성물 및 이의 외장재에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 스티렌계 수지 100 중량부; 용융온도(Tm)가 230 ℃ 이하인 제1 폴리아마이드 수지 0.5 내지 5 중량부; 및 용융온도(Tm)가 250 ℃ 이상인 제2 폴리아마이드 수지 0.5 내지 10 중량부를 포함하고, 상기 제1 및 제2 폴리아마이드 수지는 모두 상대 점도가 2.5 이하인 열가소성 수지 조성물 및 이의 외장재에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 종래의 ASA 수지 대비 기계적 물성 및 가공성 등이 동등 이상이면서 고르고 낮은 광택과 표면 질감의 향상으로 부드러움, 고급스러움 및 자연스러움 등의 감성 품질이 뛰어난 저광택 열가소성 수지 조성물 및 이의 외장재를 제공하는 효과가 있다.
