The present invention relates to a thermoplastic resin composition and an exterior material thereof, and more particularly, to a thermoplastic resin composition and an exterior material thereof, the thermoplastic resin composition comprising: 90-99.5 wt% of a styrene-based resin including, with respect to the total weight of the styrene-based resin, 5-30 wt% of an acrylate rubber having a DLS average particle diameter of 0.25-0.32 μm or a TEM average particle diameter of 0.2-0.27 μm; and 0.5-10 wt% of a polyamide resin. The present invention has the effect of providing: a low-gloss thermoplastic resin composition having mechanical properties and processability and the like which are at least equal to those of a conventional ASA-based resin, and having excellent emotional qualities, such as softness, luxuriousness, and naturalness due to having a uniformly low gloss and an improved surface texture; and an exterior material made from the thermoplastic resin composition. La présente invention concerne une composition de résine thermoplastique et un matériau extérieur à base de celle-ci et, de manière plus spécifique, une composition de résine thermoplastique et un matériau extérieur à base de celle-ci, la composition de résine thermoplastique comprenant : 90 à 99,5 % en poids d'une résine à base de styrène comprenant, par rapport au poids total de la résine à base de styrène, 5 à 30 % en poids d'un caoutchouc d'acrylate présentant un diamètre de particule moyen DLS variant de 0,25 à 0,32 µm ou un diamètre de particule moyen TEM variant de 0,2 à 0,27 µm ; et 0,5 à 10 % en poids d'une résine polyamide. La présente invention a pour effet de fournir : une composition de résine thermoplastique à faible brillance présentant des propriétés mécaniques, une aptitude au traitement et similaires qui sont au moins équivalentes à celles d'une résine classique à base d'ASA, et présentant d'excellentes qualités affectives, telles qu'un velouté, un aspect luxueux et un caractère naturel en raison d'une brillance uniformément faible et d'une texture de surface améliorée ; et un matériau extérieur fabriqué à partir de la composition de résine thermoplastique. 본 발명은 열가소성 수지 조성물 및 이의 외장재에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 DLS 평균입경 0.25 내지 0.32 ㎛ 또는 TEM 평균입경 0.2 내지 0.27 ㎛의 아크릴레이트 고무를 스티렌계 수지 총 중량에 대하여 5 내지 30 중량%로 포함하는 스티렌계 수지 90 내지 99.5 중량%; 및 폴리아마이드 수지 0.5 내지 10 중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물 및 이의 외장재에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 종래의 ASA 수지 대비 기계적 물성 및 가공성 등이 동등 이상이면서 고르고 낮은 광택과 표면 질감의 향상으로 부드러움, 고급스러움 및 자연스러움 등의 감성 품질이 뛰어난 저광택 열가소성 수지 조성물 및 이의 외장재를 제공하는 효과가 있다.
