Provided are: rubber particles having high dispersibility and high degradability and including a polysiloxane structure; composite particles; and production methods for these particles.　The rubber particles comprise a copolymer including both a polyester structure and an organopolysiloxane structure, wherein the copolymer is a product of hydrolysilation and crosslinking of both (A) a polyester having at least two aliphatic unsaturated groups in the molecule and (B) an organohydrogen polysiloxane having at least two silicon-atom-bonded hydrogen atoms in the molecule. The composite particles comprise the rubber particles, the surface of which is coated with a polyorganosilsesquioxane or silica.
