The present invention provides a method for preparing a vinyl chloride polymer, the method comprising a step for feeding a vinyl chloride monomer and a monomer represented by chemical formula 1 into a reactor, followed by polymerization, wherein the feeding amount of the monomer represented by chemical formula 1 is 1 to 4 parts by weight relative to 100 parts by weight of the vinyl chloride monomer, and the monomer represented by chemical formula 1 is continuously fed into the reactor.
