Summary: | An electrochemical apparatus for monitoring a flow rate according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a membrane having a space with a predetermined volume formed in the middle thereof, wherein the space accommodates an ionic fluid; a first electrode and a second electrode provided on both sides of the membrane, respectively; and a controller for changing the space into a concentration polarization state by applying a voltage to the first electrode and the second electrode, wherein the membrane comprises a fluid movement channel, through which a fluid can enter and exit the space, and the controller calculates the flow rate on the basis of a value of ion current generated by a fluid injected through the fluid movement channel in the concentration polarization state.
Un mode de réalisation de la présente invention concerne un appareil électrochimique pour surveiller un débit, comprenant : une membrane au centre de laquelle est formé un espace ayant un volume prédéterminé, l'espace accueillant un fluide ionique ; une première électrode et une deuxième électrode respectivement disposées sur les deux côtés de la membrane ; et un contrôleur destiné à modifier l'espace en un état de polarisation de concentration en appliquant une tension à la première électrode et à la deuxième électrode, la membrane comprenant un canal de déplacement de fluide à travers lequel un fluide peut entrer et sortir de l'espace, et le contrôleur calculant le débit sur la base d'une valeur de courant d'ions générée par un fluide injecté à travers le canal de déplacement de fluide dans l'état de polarisation de concentration.
