Also disclosed are methods for detecting the level of neutralizing antibody response in a sample of serum from a subject exposed to a coronavirus or to a coronavirus vaccine. La présente divulgation concerne des procédés, des compositions et des systèmes permettant de détecter si un sujet exposé à un coronavirus a développé une réponse à anticorps neutralisants. Sont également divulgués des procédés permettant de déterminer si un patient infecté par un coronavirus est susceptible de répondre à un traitement par une préparation d'anticorps. Sont également divulgués des procédés de détection du niveau de réponse à anticorps neutralisants dans un échantillon de sérum provenant d'un sujet exposé à un coronavirus ou à un vaccin contre un coronavirus.
