A management server for providing behavioral habit improvement according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a communication module; a memory in which a behavioral habit improvement service providing program is stored; and a processor for executing a program, wherein the processor: provides, according to execution of the program, a user interface, configured for input of behavioral pattern information including a behavioral habit, a trigger, and a solution and period information for implementation of the behavioral pattern information, to a user terminal; matches behavioral pattern information, period information, and user identification information, which are input from the user terminal, and stores same in a database; and generates a behavioral pattern feed for displaying the behavioral habit, the trigger, and the solution on one screen, and provides the behavioral pattern feed through the user interface.
