The present invention provides a method for preparing a sesame oil meal extract having anti-colitis efficacy, in which the sesame oil meal is extracted using ultrasound, with water serving as a solvent. The sesame oil meal extract according to the present invention has effects of inhibiting weight loss, suppressing fecal abnormality, rectal hemorrhage, a decrease in colon length, and downregulating the expression of IL-6, IL-1β, and TNF-α, which are cytokines mediating inflammation, so that a composition comprising same as an active ingredient can be used as a composition able to prevent/alleviate or treat inflammatory diseases, especially colitis, finding advantageous applications in various industrial fields such as medicinal products or functional health foods. La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un extrait de farine d'huile de sésame ayant une efficacité anti-colite, dans lequel la farine d'huile de sésame est extraite à l'aide d'ultrasons, avec de l'eau servant de solvant.
