The present invention relates to a chlorine dioxide generator comprising: an acid group supply material storage part including an acid group supply material; a chlorite storage part including chlorite; and a housing part including the acid group supply material storage part and the chlorite storage part therein, wherein the housing part includes an air permeable portion formed on one surface thereof to allow air to pass therethrough, and the chlorite is dissolved into moisture in the air and then reacts with the acid group supply material to generate chlorine dioxide.
