Provided is a spatial configuration for a house in which a continuity linking the interior of a living room and a half-outdoor space is created in a form including many variations in multiple directions, and which enables favorable comfort and spaciousness to be achieved by the wide scope of the interior of the living room. Windows (W1, W2) which enable lighting and ventilation and which have an opening width spanning at least 1/2 of the wall length of each wall face, are arranged on two wall faces of the living room R that face each other or two wall faces that are contiguous and form an L-shaped external corner angle. One window (W1) fully opens to the ceiling height (ch) of the living room (R), the open face thereof is provided with an entrance/exit, and the half-outdoor space (S), which comprises an external floor (T) and an eave (E) and juts out to a large extent, is provided on the outdoor side of said window (W1). The other window (W2) can serve as any among a floor-level window, of which the lower edge is flush with the floor face (F) of the living room, a high window, of which the upper edge is flush with the ceiling face (C) of the living room, a window that fully opens to the ceiling height (ch) of the living room, or a composite form of these. Des fenêtres (W1, W2) qui permettent l'éclairage et la ventilation et qui ont une largeur d'ouverture couvrant au moins 1/2 de la longueur murale de chaque face murale, sont disposées sur deux faces murales de la pièce de vie R qui se font face ou deux faces murales qui sont contiguës et forment un angle de coin externe en forme de L. Une fenêtre (W1) s'ouvre complètement jusqu'à la hauteur de plafond (ch) de la pièce de vie (R), dont la face ouverte est pourvue d'une entrée/sortie, et l'espace semi-extérieur (S), qui comprend un plancher externe (T) et un avant-toit (E) et fait saillie dans une large mesure, est disposé sur le côté extérieur de ladite fenêtre (W1).
