Summary:An embodiment of the present invention relates to a secondary battery comprising: an electrode assembly which has an anode tab formed at one end thereof and a cathode tab formed at the other end thereof; a case in which the electrode assembly is received and which is open at both opposite ends thereof; and a pair of cap assemblies which are coupled to the respective open ends of the case. According to the present invention, the cap assemblies are formed at the opposite sides of the case and thus cathode and anode terminals of the cap assemblies can have the same direction as the cathode and anode tabs of the electrode assembly, which makes it possible to simplify the shape of and minimize the length of a current collector. Un mode de réalisation de la présente invention concerne une batterie secondaire comprenant : un ensemble électrode qui possède une languette d'anode formée à une extrémité de celui-ci et une languette de cathode formée à l'autre extrémité de celui-ci ; un boîtier dans lequel l'ensemble électrode est reçu et qui est ouvert aux deux extrémités opposées de celui-ci ; et une paire d'ensembles chapeaux qui sont couplés aux extrémités ouvertes respectives du boîtier. Selon la présente invention, les ensembles chapeaux sont formés au niveau des côtés opposés du boîtier et ainsi les bornes de cathode et d'anode des ensembles chapeaux peuvent avoir la même direction que les languettes de cathode et d'anode de l'ensemble électrode, ce qui permet de simplifier la forme et de réduire au minimum la longueur d'un collecteur de courant. 본 발명의 실시예는 이차전지에 관한 것으로, 일단에 음극탭이 형성되고, 타단에 양극탭이 형성된 전극 조립체; 상기 전극 조립체를 수용하며, 서로 마주보는 양단이 개구된 케이스; 및 상기 케이스의 개구된 양단에 각각 결합되는 한 쌍의 캡 어셈블리를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 캡 어셈블리를 케이스의 양방향으로 형성함으로써 전극 조립체의 양극 및 음극탭과 캡 어셈블리의 양극 및 음극 터미널 방향이 같아져 집전체의 형상이 단순해지고 길이를 최소화할 수 있게 된다.
