[Problem] To provide a device for maintaining freshness that makes it possible to apply an electric field to fresh food while removing ethylene from and performing humidification of air, and to perform said humidification in a clean manner without the use of direct spraying or the like of the fresh food. [Solution] A container device for maintaining freshness according to the present invention comprises a refrigerated or frozen container in which fresh food is accommodated, an electrode panel for generating an electric field inside of the container, and an air conditioning device 6 provided inside of the container for the purpose of conditioning the air within the container. The air conditioning device 6 comprises: a housing 7; an intake port 8 and an outlet port 9 provided in the housing 7; an ethylene gas decomposition filter 17 provided in the vicinity of the intake port 8; an air passage 21 which is provided inside of the housing 7 and connects the intake port 8 and the outlet port 9; a fan 22 rotatably provided to the air passage 21; a humidification element 25 provided closer to the outlet port 9 than the fan 22 in the air passage 21; and a photocatalyst 28 and LED lighting 29 provided closer to the outlet port 9 than the humidification element 25 in the air passage 21. La solution selon la présente invention concerne un dispositif formant contenant pour conserver la fraîcheur, le dispositif comprenant un contenant réfrigéré ou congelé dans lequel un aliment frais est reçu, un panneau d'électrode pour générer un champ électrique à l'intérieur du contenant, et un dispositif de climatisation (6) disposé à l'intérieur du contenant en vue du conditionnement de l'air à l'intérieur du contenant. Le dispositif de climatisation (6) comprend : un boîtier (7) ; un orifice d'admission (8) et un orifice de sortie (9) disposés dans le boîtier (7) ; un filtre de décomposition de gaz d'éthylène (17) disposé à proximité de l'orifice d'admission (8) ; un passage d'air (21) qui est disposé à l'intérieur du boîtier (7) et qui relie l'orifice d'admission (8) et l'orifice de sortie (9) ; un ventilateur (22) monté rotatif sur le passage d'air (21) ; un élément d'humidification (25) disposé plus près de l'orifice de sortie (9) que le ventilateur (22) dans le passage d'air (21) ; et un photocatalyseur (28) et un dispositif d'éclairage à DEL (29) disposés plus près de l'orifice de sortie (9) que l'élément d'humidification (25) dans le passage d'air (21). 【課題】　生鮮物に電界を付与しつつ空気のエチレン除去及び加湿を行うことができ、その加湿を生鮮物に対する直接的な噴霧等によらず清潔に行うことができる鮮度保持装置を提供する。 【解決手段】　本発明に係る鮮度保持コンテナ装置は、生鮮物が収容される冷蔵又は冷凍のコンテナと、コンテナの庫内に電界を生成する電極パネルと、庫内に設けられて庫内の空気を調整する空調装置６とを備え、空調装置６は、筐体７と、筐体７に設けられた吸込口８及び吹出口９と、吸込口８の近傍に設けられたエチレンガス分解フィルタ１７と、筐体７の内部に設けられて吸込口８及び吹出口９を連通させる風路２１と、風路２１に回転可能に設けられたファン２２と、風路２１においてファン２２よりも吹出口９の側に設けられた加湿エレメント２５と、風路２１において加湿エレメント２５よりも吹出口９の側に設けられた光触媒２８及びＬＥＤ照明２９とを備える。
