Provided is a liquid dispersion including a silicone oil with good dispersion stability.　This liquid dispersion includes inorganic oxide particles, a dispersant, and the silicone oil, wherein a siloxane compound and aluminum hydroxide are provided on the surfaces of the inorganic oxide particles, and the dispersant includes an acrylic-silicone graft copolymer. The inorganic oxide particles preferably include titanium oxide, and the dispersant preferably includes, as the acrylic-silicone graft copolymer, a dispersant selected from the group consisting of (acrylate/dimethicone) copolymers, (acrylate/ethylhexyl acrylate/dimethicone methacrylate) copolymers, (acrylate/stearyl acrylate/dimethicone methacrylate) copolymers, and (acrylate/behenyl acrylate/dimethicone methacrylate) copolymers. L'invention concerne une dispersion liquide comprenant une huile de silicone ayant une bonne stabilité de dispersion.　Cette dispersion liquide comprend des particules d'oxyde inorganique, un dispersant et l'huile de silicone, un composé siloxane et de l'hydroxyde d'aluminium étant disposés sur les surfaces des particules d'oxyde inorganique, et le dispersant comprenant un copolymère greffé acrylique-silicone. Les particules d'oxyde inorganique comprennent de préférence de l'oxyde de titane, et le dispersant comprend de préférence, en tant que copolymère greffé acrylique-silicone, un dispersant choisi dans le groupe constitué par des copolymères (acrylate/diméthicone), des copolymères (acrylate/acrylate d'éthylhexyle/méthacrylate de diméthicone), des copolymères (acrylate/acrylate de stéaryle/méthacrylate de diméthicone), et des copolymères (acrylate/acrylate de béhényle/méthacrylate de diméthicone). 分散安定性が良好なシリコーン油を含有する分散液を提供する。　無機酸化物粒子と、分散剤と、シリコーン油と、を含有する分散液であって、前記無機酸化物粒子は、その表面にはシロキサン系化合物及び水酸化アルミニウムを備え、分散剤が、アクリル－シリコーン系グラフト共重合体を含有する分散液である。無機酸化物粒子は酸化チタンを含有することが好ましく、分散剤は、アクリル－シリコーン系グラフト共重合体として、（アクリレーツ／ジメチコン）コポリマー、（アクリレーツ／アクリル酸エチルヘキシル／メタクリル酸ジメチコン）コポリマー、（アクリレーツ／アクリル酸ステアリル／メタクリル酸ジメチコン）コポリマー及び（アクリレーツ／アクリル酸ベヘニル／メタクリル酸ジメチコン）コポリマーよりなる群から選ばれる分散剤を含有することが好ましい。
