Summary: | The present invention addresses the problem of providing a composition which contains boron-containing carbon quantum dots, while being in a solid state at room temperature, and which has good luminous efficiency, while exhibiting high thermal stability at high temperatures. A composition which solves the above problem contains a layered clay mineral and boron-containing carbon quantum dots that contain boron as a heteroatom; and this composition is in a solid state at 25°C at 1 atmosphere.
L'invention a pour objet de fournir une composition qui contient des points quantiques de carbone à teneur en bore, qui est solide à température ambiante, qui présente une efficacité lumineuse satisfaisante, et qui est dotée d'une thermostabilité élevée à haute température. À cet effet, la composition de l'invention contient des points quantiques de carbone à teneur en bore contenant un bore en tant qu'hétéroatome, et un minéral argileux lamellaire, et est solide à 25°C et 1atm.
