La présente invention concerne des procédés de conjugaison régiospécifique d'anticorps intacts de glycane par une transglutaminase. Selon des modes de réalisation particuliers, les conditions de réaction sont maintenues ou réduites à une condition de faible force ionique, ce qui permet une conjugaison efficace et rapide sans avoir besoin d'une déglycosylation d'anticorps. L'invention concerne également des compositions pharmaceutiques et des utilisations associées au procédé de conjugaison.
