The control method comprises: determining whether there are people in a room which is subjected to adjustment; when there are people in the room, determining whether the light intensity in the room is higher than a predetermined light intensity; when the light intensity in the room is higher than the predetermined light intensity, determining whether heat emitted by a human body is lower than a predetermined heat value; when the heat emitted by the human body is lower than the predetermined heat value, determining whether noise in the room is higher than a predetermined noise value; and when the noise in the room is higher than the predetermined noise value, reducing the frequency of a compressor of an air conditioner on the basis of the heat emitted by the human body.
