Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for determining a subset of brain data of a patient. One of the methods includes obtaining data characterizing a brain of a patient; determining a first prompt for presentation to a user; obtaining a first user input characterizing a first response to the first prompt; determining, using the first response to the first prompt, a second prompt for presentation to the user; obtaining a second user input characterizing a second response to the second prompt, wherein at least one of the first prompt or the second prompt seek a response based on a clinical observation of the patient; and determining a subset of the obtained data using the first response to the first prompt and the second response to the second prompt. La présente invention concerne des procédés, des systèmes et des appareils comprenant des programmes d'ordinateur codés sur des supports de stockage informatique destinés à déterminer un sous-ensemble des données cérébrales d'un patient. L'un des procédés comprend l'obtention des données caractérisant un cerveau d'un patient ; la détermination d'une première invite destinée à être présentée à un utilisateur ; l'obtention d'une première entrée d'utilisateur caractérisant une première réponse à la première invite ; la détermination, à l'aide de la première réponse à la première invite, d'une seconde invite destinée à être présentée à l'utilisateur ; l'obtention d'une seconde entrée d'utilisateur caractérisant une seconde réponse à la seconde invite, au moins une parmi la première invite ou la seconde invite cherchant une réponse sur la base d'une observation clinique du patient ; et la détermination d'un sous-ensemble de données obtenues à l'aide de la première réponse à la première invite et de la seconde réponse à la seconde invite.
