Summary: | Disclosed are an adjusting mechanism of spliced display screens (AA) and a spliced display device. The adjusting mechanism of the spliced display screens (AA) is used for adjusting a gap between two adjacent spliced display screens (AA) and comprises first supporting plates (11), second supporting plates (70) and adjusting jigs (20), wherein the first supporting plates (11) are used for fixing the spliced display screens (AA) in a one-to-one correspondence manner and are movably connected to the second supporting plates, each adjusting jig (20) is connected between two adjacent first supporting plates (11) and comprises at least two adjusting members in threaded connection, and the threaded connection length between the two adjusting members is adjustable so as to adjust the gap between at least two spliced display screens (AA).
