La présente invention concerne un système d'ajustement de la qualité de l'air (120) qui est pourvu d'une unité d'adsorption/désorption (122) qui adsorbe une substance cible dans l'air et à partir de laquelle la substance cible adsorbée est désorbée. L'unité d'adsorption/désorption (122) accumule de l'énergie lors de l'adsorption de la substance cible et libère, lorsque la substance cible est désorbée, au moins une partie de l'énergie accumulée. 空気質の調整システム（120）は、空気中の対象物質を吸着すると共に吸着している対象物質が脱離する吸脱着部（122）を備える。吸脱着部（122）は、対象物質の吸着時にエネルギーを蓄積し且つ蓄積した当該エネルギーの少なくとも一部を対象物質の脱離時に放出する。
