Summary:The present invention relates to a catalyst, and the method for obtaining same, for the generation of hydrogen and/or synthesis gas. More specifically, the present invention describes a catalyst based on nickel, molybdenum and tungsten, for processes for steam reforming natural gas or other hydrocarbon streams (refinery gas, propane, butane, naphtha or any mixture thereof), that is highly resistant to deactivation by coke deposition. According to the present invention, the active phase of the catalyst is NiMoW, in mass form and/or supported on an alumina oxide and other high surface area oxide supports, which can also contain other promoters. In addition, the present invention discloses the production of a catalyst, the NiMoW active phase of which is highly active for hydrocarbon steam reforming reaction. La présente invention concerne un catalyseur, et sa méthode d'obtention, pour la génération d'hydrogène et/ou de gaz de synthèse. Plus particulièrement, la présente invention concerne un catalyseur à base de nickel, de molybdène et de tungstène, pour procédés de reformage à la vapeur de gaz naturel ou d'autres flux d'hydrocarbures (gaz de raffinerie, propane, butane, naphta ou une mélange quelconque de ceux-ci) présentant une haute résistance à la désactivation par dépôt de coke. Selon la présente invention, le catalyseur présente comme phase active le NiMoW, sous sa forme classique et/ou supporté sur un oxyde d'alumine et d'autres supports oxydes à surface active importante, pouvant également contenir d'autres promoteurs. Par ailleurs, la présente invention décrit la production d'un catalyseur dojnt la phase active de NiMoW présente une activité élevée pour la réacton de reformage d'hydrocarbures à la vapeur. A presente invenção trata de um catalisador, e seu método de obtenção, para geração de hidrogênio e/ou gás de síntese. Mais especificamente, a presente invenção descreve um catalisador à base de níquel, molibdênio e tungstênio, para processos de reforma a vapor de gás natural ou de outras correntes de hidrocarbonetos (gás de refinaria, propano, butano, nafta ou qualquer mistura destes) que apresenta elevada resistência à desativação por deposição de coque. De acordo com a presente invenção, o catalisador tem como fase ativa o NiMoW, na forma mássica e/ou suportado em um óxido de alumina e outros suportes óxidos de alta área superficial, podendo conter também outros promotores. Além disso, a presente invenção ensina a produção de um catalisador cuja a fase ativa de NiMoW tem elevada atividade para reação de reforma a vapor de hidrocarbonetos.
