La divulgation concerne des compositions de nano-émulsion et des procédés de fabrication et d'utilisation de celles-ci pour administrer un agent bioactif tel qu'un acide nucléique à un sujet. La composition de nano-émulsion comprend un noyau hydrophobe à base de nanoparticules inorganiques dans une nanoparticule lipidique qui permet l'imagerie ainsi que l'administration d'acides nucléiques.
