The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a method for producing a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet, the method, even in the case of incorporating additives into a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet, minimizing both any property change of the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet and interference between the additives and heightening the degree of freedom of design, e.g., a choice of additives and curing conditions, to make the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet easy to design; and a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet obtained by the production method. This method for producing a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet is characterized by comprising the steps of forming a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 10 on a support S from a transparent, pressure-sensitive-adhesive base material, curing the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 10, preparing a solution 12 of an additive 11, applying the solution 12 to one surface of the cured pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 10a to infiltrate the additive 11 contained in the solution 12 into the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 10a from the one surface thereof in the thickness direction, and drying the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 10a. La présente invention vise à fournir : un procédé de production d'une feuille autocollante, le procédé, même dans le cas d'incorporation d'additifs dans une feuille autocollante, minimisant à la fois tout changement de propriété de la feuille autocollante et l'interférence entre les additifs et augmentant le degré de liberté de conception, par exemple, un choix d'additifs et de conditions de durcissement, pour faciliter la conception de la feuille autocollante ; et une feuille adhésive autocollante obtenue par le procédé de production.
