Summary: | The present invention relates to a composition and a kit for removing lipopolysaccharide (LPS) comprising a polypeptide having binding ability to lipopolysaccharide or a salt substitute thereof as an active ingredient, and a method for removing lipopolysaccharide. The polypeptide or salt substitute thereof, according to the present invention, has very excellent binding ability with lipopolysaccharide, and the efficiency of removing lipopolysaccharide during a purification process in a protein production process using E. coli is high, such that the lipopolysaccharide removal efficiency can be maximized.
La présente invention concerne une composition et un kit destinés à l'élimination de lipopolysaccharide (LPS) consistant en un polypeptide présentant une capacité de liaison au lipopolysaccharide ou en un substitut de sel de celui-ci utilisé comme principe actif et en un procédé destiné à l'élimination de lipopolysaccharide. Le polypeptide ou un substitut de sel de celui-ci, selon la présente invention, présente une excellente capacité de liaison avec le lipopolysaccharide et l'efficacité d'élimination de lipopolysaccharide pendant un traitement de purification dans un procédé de fabrication de protéine à l'aide d'E. coli est élevée, de sorte que l'efficacité d'élimination de lipopolysaccharide peut être optimisée.
본 발명은 리포폴리사카라이드에의 결합능을 갖는 폴리펩타이드 또는 이의 염 치환물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 리포폴리사카라이드(lipopolysaccharide, LPS) 제거용 조성물 및 키트, 그리고 리포폴리사카라이드 제거 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 폴리펩타이드 또는 이의 염 치환물은 리포폴리사카라이드와의 결합능이 매우 우수하여, 대장균을 이용한 단백질 생산과정에서 정제과정 중 리포폴리사카라이드를 제거하는 효율이 높아 리포폴리사카라이드 제거효율을 극대화할 수 있다. |
