Provided is a cell culture monitoring device comprising a plurality of well units, the well units comprising: a first injection unit for injecting a first fluid; a first accommodation unit that communicates with the first injection unit so that the first fluid injected from the first injection unit flows to be accommodated therein; a second injection unit for injecting a second fluid; and a second accommodation unit for accommodating the second fluid, wherein the second accommodation unit includes an island structure connected to an island connecting structure extended from the wall of the second accommodation unit, a third injection unit into which an antibiotic agent is introduced is formed on top of the island structure, and the antibiotic agent injected from the third injection unit is accommodated and fixed on the inside and outside of the island structure.
