The present invention provides a conductive composition having high electrical conductivity and excellent water durability as a result of including (a) a polymer having a specified repeating unit and (b) a polymer of any of the following [1] to [3]: [1] a polymer having a weight average molecular weight of 2,100 to 38,000 inclusive, the polymer having the specified repeating unit and not having another specified repeating unit; [2] a polymer not having the specified repeating unit and having the other specified repeating unit; and [3] a polymer having both the specified repeating unit and the other specified repeating unit.
